How it Works

Step 1: Sales

We provide our partners' sales teams access to our online portal that we maintain, detailing a list of 150+ conversions to aid in their sales process.

 

Step 2: Order

Our partner places an order, via our online order form, sharing details of the conversion. An email confirmation is sent to the partner confirming we have processed the order and have it on the schedule.

 

Step 3: Expect Call

Our conversion team calls the customer to coordinate the details of the conversion. This is what we call our "Expect" call. On this call we will set expectations of how the process will work and try to identify any nuances that may need worked through. This ensures a smooth process for our partner.

 

Step 4: Schedule

On the day of the scheduled data pull, we will reach out to the customer and coordinate a specific time that works for them to pull the data. This time is coordinated to be at the end of the day so a clean transition can be made to the partner's system.

 

Step 5: Pull

On the scheduled call to pull the data, we will walk the customer through an easy process to connect to their pc to pull a copy of the data. If the data is hosted, we will work with the customer to request a copy of their data.

 

Step 6: Process 

The conversion process will run overnight, validating data, removing duplicates, etc. ensuring consistent results are returned to our partner. Each conversion is reviewed for accuracy before it is approved for delivery.

 

Step 7: Deliver

Our team delivers the converted data in the approved format to our partner the following morning for easy import to take the customer live.
