This article provides an overview of how to post updates on submitted support tickets.
There may be some instances where you may want to provide additional details on an open ticket. All of your current and previous support tickets can be found under the 'My Tickets' tab.
It is recommended that before you open a new support ticket, you login to the Support Portal to check if you already have an open support ticket for the issue. This helps reduce ticket volumes and often results in a faster response time to tickets. When updates are posted to tickets it notifies our team.
Follow these steps to post updates on tickets:
1. Login using your Support Portal credentials. If you are not registered, click here to fill out a registration form.
2. Click on 'My Tickets' in the top right corner of the window.
3. Select the ticket you would like to send/request an update on.
4. Click 'Reply', type the message, and select 'Send Reply'.
