This article reviews how to enable LogMeIn123 on a Mac computer.

Step 1. You will receive a six-digit code from a Back Office support agent.

Step 2. Once the code is entered and accepted, your screen will display ‘Downloading the Rescue Applet’, and a download will pop up. Once the download is completed, you can find it in your Finder app or downloads folder.

Step 3. In your downloads folder, find the file you downloaded. Click on the file to run it.

Step 4. A message prompt will appear asking you if it is safe to open.

  • Click 'Open'.
  • Click ‘Ok’ on the new support prompt that says Support would like access to the computer.
  • Once you select ‘Ok’, your support agent will be prompted to select remote session.

Step 5. LogMeIn will prompt you to adjust your permissions settings. Select 'Open System & Settings', then review your Screen Recording and the Accessibility permissions.

  •  NOTE: The Screen Recording permission will ask for your password.

Step 6. A prompt will appear stating the screen may not be able to record. Click ‘Later’.

Step 7. Once you have turned on the Support-LogMeInRescue for screen recording and accessibility, your support agent will have mouse control and be able to see the contents of the screen.
